Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To confirm your appointment with April Koa, you must provide valid card details at the time of booking via Fresha. No further payment will be taken at the point of reservation.

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment without charge provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50 % of the booked service price. Failure to attend without any prior notice will result in a charge of 100 % of the booked service price.

April Koa allows a grace period of up to 15 minutes for late arrival. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, your appointment may be deemed a no-show and the full service fee will apply.
